• Micromax's New Yu Yuphoria smartphone is available to purchase only in AMAZON on Thursday AMAZON India Started its first flash sale. The Yu Yuphoria had sale first @ 2pm IST for registered consumers.
• Priced around Rs. 6,999, registrations for the Micromax's Yu Yuphoria first flash sale via Amazon began on May 12, and the Next Sale is on 4 of June @ 2 Pm IST. The company now has not revealed the number of Yuphoria Phones sold in the first sale day via the company's exclusive online partner. Yu said that it received over 500,000 registrations for the first sale of the Yuphoria smartphone. Micromax's pricing for the Yuphoria significantly makes it a direct competitor to Xiaomi's Redmi 2 - which also sells at Rs. 6,999.
•  The Yu Yuphoria features a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) TFT IPS display and sports third-generation Corning Gorilla Glass for protection.
• It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop-based Cyanogen OS 12 and powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 306 GPU.
• It features 16GB of built-in storage.
• Dual-SIM based Yuphoria supports 4G
